Admission opens to new students in February every year for the next academic year. One of the acceptance criteria is passing the entry placement test.

How to Register

Required Documents for New Student Registration:

  • School Registration Form
  • MOH Medical Form (for Grade 1 only)
  • Health /Immunization Card
  • Original and Copy of Birth Certificate
  • 4 recent photos of the student
  • Ministry File Transfer Number (Grade 2 onwards).
  • Passport and ID copy of Guardians (Father and Mother)
  • Student Passport and Birth Certificate Copy
  • Report Cards of two previous academic years.
  • Payment of RO 100 school registration fees and Book fees and the first installment


The fee structure of the school is as follows:

Above fees do not include bus transportation.

Payment Timetable is as follows:
Payments Due Dates
Registration Renewal Fees(RO 100) + Book Fees 1st Feb to 1st Mar
First Installment (50% of Education Fees) 1st Sep to 30th Sep
Second Installment (50% of Education Fees) 1st Dec to 31st Dec

Cash Payment is not acceptable. Below are acceptable payment methods:

  • Provide cheque/s to the school Accounting Department.
  • Deposit amount in the school account in Bank Muscat (A/C No. 0315-00428958-0011 )
  • Deposit amount in the school account in National Bank of Oman (A/C No. 1038-115254-001)

Deposit can be made through Branch Deposit, Local Bank Transfer, ATM deposit, On-line and Mobile Banking transfers
